Please note that we cannot allow cancellations for any online orders. Once your order is placed it will be completed/fulfilled.

At stylEsteem™ we want you to love the product(s) you purchase, however, since at this time we are a small business, we can only offer exchanges on products within 15 days of your product being shipped to you. We cannot offer refunds at this time. Exchanges/Refunds cannot be provided on any of our Services or Gift Certificates.

To be eligible for an exchange, item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure no damages or issues are present. Any item(s) not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for an exchange.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when exchanging your item; this includes costs to send the item back to us and costs for shipping you the new item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service as we are not liable for goods damaged or lost in transit.
